If we accept your registration you will receive an email fro us containing your log on details. You may only register one persons details on each registration. You may not share your username and password with another person. You undertake that information you provide to register is accurate and complete. You accept responsibility for keeping secret your log in details. You will notify us if there is any breach of security regarding your log in details. As a potential tenant you agree to provide the correct information at the time of registering and will not mislead a potential landlord/estae agent for any reason. As a landlord/estate agent you agree to remove/update your property details after 30 days or remove your property details as soon as your property has been let, wether it is through lets4pets.com or another avenue. As an advertiser you agree to only state true facts regarding your business and do not intend to mislead anyone.
BARRING
We reserve the right to bar users from this site, on a permanent or temporary basis at our discretion. Any such user will be contacted and must not use this site under any other name or through another user.
WARRANTY
Whilst we try to ensure any material available for downloading from this site is not contaminated, we cannot warrant that such material will be free from infection, viruses or similar code. We cannot warrant that your access to, or running of the site will be uninterrupted or error free. We cannot be liable if we cannot process your details due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these terms and for purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

All notices sent by email will be deemed to have been received on receipt (or, when received on a UK national holiday or on a Saturday or a Sunday, the next working day following the day of receipt).
