By filling out these forms and submitting my details to Lets4Pets, I agree and allow Lets4Pets to display my details to Tenants listed with them. Lets4Pets will not be held responsible for any disputes or communications between Landlord or Tenant(s) or website downtime due to maintenance or internet access failure. As the Landlord I am free to submit and enter into this agreement alternatively I have the option to close this webpage and not continue with any application form.
Lets4Pets accepts no liability for any loss which is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, opportunity and other similar losses).
This disclaimer, Terms and any contract between Us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute will be brought before the English Courts, unless You live in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case the applicable law of that part of the United Kingdom will apply and any dispute will be brought before the courts there.
